My sister has brought a bunch of potato chips when they visited a couple of days ago. And of course, the little one have been indulging on it!
In order for me to lure him not to eat much of those junk food, I prepared this ROSE POTATO.
Well, I need to make it presentable to look more tempting, right?
I do not have moulders, so I need to be innovative. I cut the paper cups in two and used the bottom of it to hold the potato together. (This was an experiment if it will work, and it worked just fine. 😛)
Here's how I made it.
INGREDIENTS:
Potato
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp margarine/butter
Salt
Oregano powder
Black pepper
Cheese
INSTRUCTION
- Slice the potato as thin as possible, no more than 2-3mm thick.
Put the sliced potato in a bowl and add the olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix well until all slices are thoroughly coated with oil.
Lay out the sliced potato to the moulder to create a "rose."
- Add the shreded cheese on top.
- Bake/Air fry at 180°C for around 20 minutes until cooked.
And here's how should it look like...
(@dswigle, can this rose potato pass for #alwaysaflower? 🌹😛🌹)
The little one was tempted to eat, and he liked it. For sure, you'll like this simple recipe too!
Bon apetit! ❤
