Feliz miércoles queridos hivers 🤩, estos últimos días ha estado lloviendo en mi ciudad, lo que ha traído como consecuencia muchos virus, el más común es la gripe, y mi cuñado se enfermó, nada grave pero si estaba débil, por lo que ayudé a mi hermana a preparar el almuerzo.
Happy Wednesday dear hivers 🤩, these last few days it has been raining in my city, which has brought as a consequence many viruses, the most common is the flu, and my brother in law got sick, nothing serious but he was weak, so I helped my sister to prepare lunch.
Mientras ella lo atendía yo decidí hacer algo fácil pero sabroso, que nos puede sacar de apuros en cualquier situación, así que aquí les dejo el proceso:
While she was taking care of him I decided to make something easy but tasty, that can get us out of trouble in any situation, so here is the process:

Espaguetti (al gusto) Bistec de pollo 1 plátano Sal (al gusto) Salsa inglesa (al gusto) Adobo (al gusto) |

Spaghetti (to taste) Chicken steak 1 plantain Salt (to taste) Worcestershire sauce (to taste) Adobo (to taste) |
⭐ Paso 1 | Step 1
| Lo primero que hice fue sazonar los pedazos de pollo, los coloqué en un envase pequeño y agregué la salsa inglesa, un poco de adobo y la sal. | The first thing I did was to season the chicken pieces, put them in a small container and added the Worcestershire sauce, a little adobo and salt. |
⭐ Paso 2 | Step 2
| Los dejé tapados un rato para que agarraran sabor y luego puse a calentar un sartén a fuego medio con un poquito de aceite, cuando noté que estaba caliente eché el pollo para que se cocinara durante unos 15 minutos. | I left them covered for a while to let them take flavor and then I heated a skillet over medium heat with a little oil, when I noticed that it was hot I threw the chicken to cook for about 15 minutes. |

| Tomé un poco de espagueti y lo corté en pequeños pedazos con mis manos, puse a calentar una olla con aceite y cuando estuvo caliente los eché para que se cocinara. | I took some spaghetti and cut it into small pieces with my hands, I heated a pot with oil and when it was hot I poured it in to cook. |

| Cuando noté que estaban marrones decidí echar la taza de arroz y revolví un poco por un minuto, luego agregué tres tazas de agua y dejé que se cocinara. | When I noticed they were brown I decided to pour in the cup of rice and stirred a little for a minute, then added three cups of water and let it cook. |

| Lo último que hice fue freír el plátano, y cuando estuvo listo decidí servir el almuerzo, todo súper rápido y sabroso, algo ideal para cuándo vas rápido o no tienes muchos ingredientes en casa. | The last thing I did was to fry the plantain, and when it was ready I decided to serve lunch, all super fast and tasty, something ideal for when you go fast or don't have many ingredients at home. |
