Como me estuve quedando con mi hermana los últimos dos días, decidí que debía hacerle por lo menos un desayuno ya que ella es la que cocina y eso, y no han decepcionado sus platos jajajaj.
Since I was staying with my sister the last two days, I decided I should make her at least one breakfast since she's the one who cooks and stuff, and her dishes have not disappointed hahahahahah.
No contaba con mucho dinero para pagar un desayuno o hacer algo exquisito, así que tuve que trabajar con lo que tenía, es un desayuno muy sencillo y rico, aquí les dejo el proceso:
I didn't have much money to pay for a breakfast or to make something exquisite, so I had to work with what I had, it is a very simple and delicious breakfast, here is the process:
⭐ Ingredientes | Ingredients
| 4 huevos
queso especias al gusto 1 tomate ½ cebolla |
4 eggs
cheese spices to taste 1 tomatoe ½ onion |
⭐ Paso 1 | Step 1
| Separamos las yemas de las claras. | Separate the yolks from the whites. |
⭐ Paso 2 | Step 2
| Picamos el tomate y la cebolla en pedazos pequeños. Mezclamos muy bien. Añadimos a las yemas una pizca de sal y también mezclamos muy bien. | Chop the tomato and onion into small pieces. . Mix very well. Add a pinch of salt to the egg yolks and mix well. |
⭐ Paso 3 | Step 3
| Echamos el aceite en la sartén y vertemos las yemas, agregamos el queso y lo envolvemos, luego vertemos las claras y vamos envolviendo nuevamente. Cocinamos un minuto por cada lado para que el huevo se haga bien y termine de cuajar. | Pour the oil in the frying pan and pour the egg yolks, add the cheese and wrap it, then pour the egg whites and wrap again.
