I woke up expecting my legs to protest after yesterday’s trek… surprisingly, they cooperated 😄
Usually after a big trekking day, I take things easy. But this morning, I felt better than expected, so I stuck to the routine. Started with a walk, added some light jogging, and worked through a few exercises to loosen up the stiffness that was hiding in the background.
The real surprise came later. Instead of slowing down for the rest of the day, I kept finding reasons to move. A short walk after lunch turned into a longer one. The evening walk and jog felt too good to cut short. Even regular daily activities seemed to keep me on my feet more than usual.
By nighttime, I checked my tracker and saw 32k steps.
A year ago, I would’ve thought days like this required endless motivation. Now I’m starting to think they come from momentum. When you stack enough active days together, movement begins to feel normal instead of optional.
Day 12/30 complete ✅
Have you ever noticed how one good day can create momentum for the next? Or do you find each day feels like a fresh start?
