After the sight seeing in Tomonoura, ate an Onomich ramen at "SHOU" noodles restaurant in Numakuma.
I have been Numakuma many times for my job but I haven't been awared there is ramen shop.
The chashu men that is ramen with sliced porks was nice and perhaps I will be come again.
仕事の関係で、広島県の沼隈の方面へはよく来ていたが、このラーメン屋ができてたのには気づいてなかった。
鞆の浦一人観光の後に台風を避けて、ホテルの近所で昼食をとるのにちょうど良いと言う理由で来てみたけど、なかなか美味しかった。
いわゆる尾道ラーメンだと思う。
醤油ベースの出汁に背脂が浮いていて、麺が好みの麺でした。
