Visited Kyoto TORITANI ramen shop and had a wonderful ramen!
A photo is Tori-soba with additional meat.
Tori means chickens and soba is noodles so Tori-soba is a noodle in chicken soup stock.
I believe Ramen is already the word globally understood so you ca imagine what is existing under those too many sliced meats in the bowl.
Anyway this ramen is something not just a food but like an art!!!
京都に行って、何食べよと考え、結局ラーメンにすると。

麺処鶏谷さんに行って、鶏そばチャーシュー増し。
チャーシューと言っても、半分以上は鶏チャーシューなので脂っこくなく、サラッといただけてしまいます。
メチャ旨い😋
