This is also one of my favorite ramen shops in Osaka "Osaka Nibo-Jiro"
Soup stock made by "Niboshi" which is dried small sardines.
A rich flavor of sardines is greatly appeared and I love it.
You can choose volume of noodle till certain amount without extra money.
My photo is their standard size of noodles and additional vegetables.
The shop is near my office so I am tasting it once a week if I am being the office.
A most part of my tummy is constructed by this ramen!
何が幻かわかりませんが、そんな名前のラーメン屋が事務所の近所にあり、出張してない時は週一くらいで行ってしまう。
多分麺3玉くらいまでは追加料金なしでいけたはず。
写真はこの店の標準？のにぼ次朗に野菜増し、タレ増し。
麺の量に応じて、にぼ一朗、にぼ1.5朗、にぼ次朗とかって名前が変わる。
自分のお腹の肉の何割かはここのラーメンでできてるかも。
