Hi Guys... After a short gap I'm here again with a yummy, tasty sweet dish made with Bottle gourd and Samolina!(Rava)...
Yes, This is bottle gourd 'Halwa' or you can even call a pudding!
Can be prepared in 15 to 20 minutes.
To serve four...
Ingredients:
Bottle gourd finely cut into pieces - 1cup.
Samolina or fine Rava - 1cup.
Sugar 3/4 cup. (can use more sugar as per your taste)
Ghee - 1to 2 Table spoon.
Water 2 cups.
Cardamom - 4 (powdered)
Dry fruits for garnishing.
In a thick bottom pan fry rava for 2 minutes. Add the finely cut tender bottle gourd pieces and add 2 cups water and boil on low flame. When it thickens, add sugar and keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes until sugar dissolves and mixes well. Add cardamom powder, and Cashew nuts and dry grapes to garnish.
Yummy tasty bottle gourd pudding or Halwa is ready to serve!!...馃構馃構
Can be served hot or chilled, according to your choice.
