Classic army joke..
Once a Lt puts up a letter for DFA.....after several amendments ,the Commanding Officer, signs and then again reviews the letter n asks the Lt to replace a 'has' with an 'is'.....
Frustrated to the core the Lt asks.....Sir, how will an 'is' make a diff in a 3 pg letter......the Commanding Officer, makes the youngster sit down and says there is a lot of diff when I say.....what an ass she 'is' and what an ass she 'has'.......
Lt was speechless.....
