El d铆a de hoy pude despertar en casa en completa paz y felicidad, realmente estar en casa es un placer para m铆 es indescriptible la felicidad que me da despertar en casa y no en la cl铆nica luego de una guardia.
El d铆a de hoy tuve ese placer y me despert茅 con ganas de comer algo m谩s que arepa. As铆 que entre la flojera y la completa felicidad decid铆 realizar unas panquecas, al ver el refrigerador vi unos cambures que ya ten铆an alg煤n tiempo.
Recolecte los dem谩s ingredientes y prepar茅 mis panquecas:
2 Huevos
Harina de trigo
Mantequilla
Avena
Cambures
Pizca de sal
Vainilla
Leche
Today I was able to wake up at home in complete peace and happiness, really being at home is a pleasure for me it is indescribable the happiness that wakes me up at home and not in the clinic after a guard.
Today I had that pleasure and I woke up wanting to eat something more than arepa. So between laziness and complete happiness I decided to make some pancakes, when I saw the refrigerator I saw some cambures that were already some time old.
I collected the other ingredients and prepared my pancakes:

Butter
Oats
Cambures
Pinch of salt
Vanilla
Milk
Siempre hago todo al ojo por ciento, voy agregando ingredientes hasta que logro obtener la consistencia perfecta.
El sart茅n tambi茅n debe estar en su punto para obtener una buenas panquecas. Primero a fuego medio y le agrego mantequilla para posteriormente poner a fuego bajo y agregar la mezcla de las panquecas.
Siempre realizo 3 panquecas para mi sola m谩s los topping, lo que resulta en una monta帽a de muy sabrosa que por lo general nunca puedo terminar de comer ya que siempre a la mitad quedo full.

En esta oportunidad utilice una peque帽a porci贸n de manzana verde que es mi favorita y cambur, combinado de sirop de frutas y un poco de queso blanco.
Por supuesto que esto ten铆a que ir acompa帽ado de mi caf茅 con leche, definitivamente un gran gusto. La vida se siente mejor cuando disfrutamos cada p茅que帽o detalle de nuestras vidas.
This time I used a small portion of green apple which is my favorite and cambur, combined with fruit syrup and a little white cheese.
Of course this had to be accompanied by my coffee with milk, definitely a great taste. Life feels better when we enjoy every little detail of our lives.
Despeinada reci茅n levantada pero feliz con mi desayuno y disfrutando de mi ma帽ana casi medio d铆a, lo mejor de todo es desayunar viendo mi serie favorita the Vampire Daries la cual estoy viendo nuevamente jajaja.
Tambi茅n es muy agradable ver una linda vista al estar en casa.
Disheveled just got up but happy with my breakfast and enjoying my morning almost half a day, the best of all is having breakfast watching my favorite series the Vampire Daries which I'm watching again hahaha.
It's also very nice to see a nice view when you're at home.
