Desde hace un tiempo he notado que los alimentos se están dañando más rápido de lo normal en mi nevera, cosa que me tenía bastante preocupada… primero el gasto de dinero y que los alimentos se dañen y segundo el gasto de dinero si es algo en la nevera. Mi nevera está nueva tiene aproximadamente un año y medio.

Ya había revisado las gomas y están en perfecto estado, así que no sé si será el calor que está haciendo pero por lo menos; el jamón se pone baboso a los dos días o quizás antes, no sé tampoco si es algo de la calidad de los alimentos… últimamente he estado comprando en la cadena de supermercados rio, no sé si tendrá algo que ver… pero también compré en unos chinos y pasó lo mismo.

Así que hoy por fin puse a descongelar la nevera desde que me levanté para realizar una buena limpieza.

So today I finally started defrosting the fridge since I got up to do a good cleaning.

Saque todos los alimentos tanto del congelador como de la parte de abajo, luego tuve que salir y cuando llegué ya estaba casi listo. Mi nevera es de escarcha, realmente siento que no hace tanto pero le quité el hielo que tenía que ya estaba casi descongelado.

No sé si hice bien, pero preparé una dilución de cloro y desinfectante para limpiarla bien, tanto por fuera como por dentro. La verdad es muy triste tener que tirar a la basura los alimentos, lamentablemente no quiero enfermarme así que no me queda de otra.

I don't know if I did well, but I prepared a chlorine and disinfectant dilution to clean it well, both outside and inside. The truth is very sad to have to throw away food, unfortunately I don't want to get sick so I have no choice.

Quite los vidrios y los limpié en el fregadero, le pasé el preparado de limpieza por absolutamente todas las superficies, por las gomas y las uniones. Luego retiré con un pañito húmedo y dejé secar…

Una vez listo le volví a colocar los vidrios y comencé a pasar todos los alimentos poco a poco. Le subí un poco la temperatura para ver si es por el calor y enfría muy bien, gracias a Dios.

Espero que los alimentos no se me sigan dañando y que la limpieza de sus frutos y sobretodo espero no tener que botar más alimentos porque se dañaron.

La verdad tenía mi itinerario de limpieza bien planeado para hoy pero con esa salida de imprevisto no pude completar, pero si hice lo más importante que fue limpiar la nevera 🩷🫧 nos vemos en otra limpieza o cariño para mi hogar.

Once ready, I put the glasses back on it and began to pass all the food little by little. I raised the temperature a little to see if it's because of the heat and it cools very well, thank God.
I hope that the food does not continue to be damaged and that the cleaning of its fruits and above all I hope not to have to throw away more food because it was damaged.
The truth is that I had my cleaning itinerary well planned for today but with that unexpected exit I could not complete it, but I did the most important thing that was to clean the fridge 🩷🫧 see you in another cleaning or love for my home.
