Heres the routine I followed today,Dynamic Warm-up -
- Skipping ropes - 20
- Jumping Jacks - 20
- HH Squats - 15
- Hip Raises - 10
- Shoulder Bridge leg raises - 5 per leg
- Windmill Forward & Reverse

Drill -
- Split lunges - 4

1/4 Venus
- Pushups - 50
- Crunches - 20
- Squats - 50
Active Cool Down
