The Effort
Many times when we hear the word effort we always associate it with making many sacrifices and changes to achieve our goals in life.
We have always been told that everything in life has a price, however maybe at first the price is to leave our comfort zone, where everything at first seems uncomfortable, uncertain and difficult, however each one on his way discovers his philosophy of life to achieve his goals.
However, I want to approach this subject from a spiritual and social point of view, since we all have different points of view.
I hope that you like it.
The effort from a spiritual point of view
Some time ago when I read the book: The Secret of Rhonda Byrne, there was a chapter where she talked about the effort, in which she commented that to achieve our dreams we must first 'Be' and then 'do'.
That is to say that first we must feel worthy, feel that desire and live it with our thoughts, feelings and actions, the universe, God or whatever we want to call it vibrationally takes us to the circumstances and people who vibrate in syntony with what we want. Because in the holistic world if something is for us we should not name the word effort but vibration because if we want something we should not force it but be it. That is to say, we must 'be' that which we want to attract.
From the holistic/spiritual point of view the effort would be translated in being more than doing because being what we want to have we attract it, by the law of attraction.
The effort from a social point of view
The effort is seen socially as the only formula to achieve our goals, where we must go for what we want to have, taking into account the preparation and mental clarity of our objectives.
The effort is then translated into discipline and motivation among other things that lead an individual to achieve their goals. However, it should be noted that we will not always be motivated, so we must always be disciplined.
Discipline is to be committed in body, mind and soul with our objectives (desires) beyond the external situations that we may be presented .... It is to be focused and aligned, being aware that everything can happen on the way to our goals.
This reminds me a lot of the movie
In search of happiness where the main character (Will Smith) went through many situations and difficulties that many times made him doubt if it was necessary so much sacrifice and effort, however his motivation and discipline were the same.
Socially, effort is seen as a value that requires planning, organization and action, that is to say, you have to go for what you want where leaving aside what I have to go for what I want requires courage.
Beyond the concepts that we have about the effort, something is very clear and it is that all this is summarized in our mentality and our philosophy of life because for some the effort is inevitable in life, for others it means to sacrifice, while for others the effort is a value.
In conclusion, everyone adapts these concepts according to their reality and their belief system, as long as we keep in mind that in order to achieve something in our lives we must always trust ourselves.
