Hi Actifitters,

yesterday morning, I had actually planned to squeeze in only the bare minimum of training. In the end, however, I had more time than expected, so I managed to burn quite a few calories before my workday began.

I started with pull-ups, followed by dumbbell curls and dumbbell rows. After that, I hopped on the bike. Since Zwift is currently running a Tour de France event, I chose the "Hell of the North" route. Here are a few stats from the ride:

Duration - 0:45:57
Distance - 20.67 km
Elevetaion gain - 279 m
Average speed - 27.0 km/h
Maximum speed - 47.9 km/h
Average power output - 191 watts
Maximum power output - 561 watts
Average heart rate - 149 bpm
Maximum heart rate - 177 bpm

Mission 80 (Day 32 = 87.5 kg / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0 / Total loss = 2.5 kg)

Even though I went out for pizza with a colleague yesterday and had three beers, I managed to lose 100 grams.

Since I didn't sleep all that well last night—the three beers were probably partly to blame—I decided on the spur of the moment to take a rest day today. Given that it’s going to be scorching hot, that might not be a bad idea after all; during the last heatwave, I actually struggled a bit with my circulation.
