Hi Actifitters,

since I didn't have much time yesterday, I needed to find a short but intense cycling workout. It was called "Burn Notice," and its aim was to ensure that—even towards the end of a race—I would still be capable of launching an attack. It began with a warm-up phase, followed by five sprint blocks. Next came a 10-minute block performed above my FTP. That’s when I really started to feel it in my thighs. After a five-minute cool-down, it was all over. In hindsight, I’d say I could have pushed myself even further. I think my consistent training is finally starting to pay off.

Since I feel fit and have a fair amount of time today, I’ll probably do a bit more training. However, I don't currently have a plan. I think I’ll just do whatever I feel like doing most.
