Hi Actifitters,

after completely destroying myself with the "Climb of the week" the day before yesterday, I had to take it very slowly yesterday. So I decided not to skip training completely, but to train at an intensity that would not slow down my recovery.

Besides the "Climb of the Week," Zwift also features a "Route of the Week" every week, and that's exactly the one I rode yesterday. As luck would have it, it was a route that was almost entirely flat. This made it very easy for me to stay in Zone 1 for a full hour and not interrupt the regeneration process.

Although I had trouble falling asleep and my night was therefore too short, my values improved slightly. Here they are, along with yesterday's values in brackets:

Sleep score - 76 (53)
Body batterie - 71 (39)
Training readiness - 46 (18)

After this post goes online, I'm heading out to meet a colleague for brunch. The distance is almost exactly 10 kilometers, which I'll cover on foot. I'll decide spontaneously whether to walk back as well. That's all I have planned for today.

Daily HSBI raffle (The rules)

Congratulations burn950@burn950, you won today's share... it has already been sent.

If you also want to win a HSBI share simply leave a comment. The winner will be announced in the next report.

That's all for today.
Be kind to each other and keep moving!
