Hi Actifitters,

yesterday I had two slightly intense cycling sessions in a row. The first one was a Zwift training ride and the second was the climb of the week with an altitude of 650 meters. In total I climbed 850 meters yesterday what is quiet a lot compared to my other training days. So I am looking forward to my first 1 k meter climb day on the smart trainer.

Here are a few numbers of the climbing session:

Duration - 1:01:09
Distance - 20.11 km
Elevetaion gain - 668 m
Average speed - 19.7 km/h
Maximum speed - 92.8 km/h
Average power output - 192 watts
Maximum power output - 595 watts
Average heart rate - 139 bpm
Maximum heart rate - 162 bpm
Average cadence - 85
Maximum cadence - 143

Today is another day full of appointments and I have to look how much exercise is possible. I will try to do at least one session on the bike.
