Hi Actifitters,

since I'm a bit pressed for time this morning, I'll keep it short.

Even though training on the bike is more fun, regular core stability and flexibility training is essential. So yesterday I did a core stability training session and then hopped on my bike.

The bike session was intense. Zwift motivates you with occasional sprints where you can place your time on a leaderboard. I took advantage of this and pushed my heart rate up to 174.

Here are some numbers:

Duration - 0:48:42
Distance - 24.36 km
Elevetaion gain - 293 m
Average speed - 30.0 km/h
Maximum speed - 68.4 km/h
Average power output - 206 watts
Maximum power output - 520 watts
Average heart rate - 143 bpm
Maximum heart rate - 174 bpm
Average cadence - 90
Maximum cadence - 125

If I have the time, I'd like to do a flexibility workout and a session on the smart trainer today.
