La retroalimentación para mi es la forma en la que podemos crecer bajo las experiencias de los demás y hacer crecer a los otros por las nuestras. No para emular la vida del otro como tal, sino de evitar a veces cometer los mismos errores o si se desea tal vez tener una experiencia similar.
Creo que en el estudio se encuentra el mejor ejemplo de retroalimentación. Los profesores tratan de enseñar el método más fácil para dominar un concepto, una herramienta o hasta una reflexión de vida y eso se les puede hacer más fácil de transmitir debido a sus propias vivencias y nosotros como estudiantes que tenemos incontables experiencias al mismo tiempo llenamos de experiencias a nuestros profesores.
Como yo me retroalimento mejor de las personas es cuando puedo ir poniendo en práctica lo que me quiere compartir la otra persona y a veces en mi mente siempre me imagino las situaciones como lo podría utilizar, o qué haría o diría yo en esa situación y de lo que vaya reflexionando en el momento voy compartiéndolo con mi interlocutor.

Feedback for me is the way in which we can grow under the experiences of others and make others grow by our own. Not to emulate the other's life as such, but to avoid sometimes making the same mistakes or if you want to maybe have a similar experience.
I think the best example of feedback is found in the studio. Teachers try to teach the easiest method to master a concept, a tool or even a life reflection and that can be made easier for them to pass on because of their own experiences and we as students who have countless experiences at the same time fill our teachers with experiences.
As i get better feedback from people is when i can put into practice what the other person wants to share with me and sometimes in my mind i always imagine the situations how i could use it, or what i would do or say in that situation and from what i am reflecting at the moment i share it with my interlocutor.
