Viernes de esos que agotan, pero también sanan el alma [ESP-ENG]

Hoy fue uno de esos días largos en la escuela, con mil actividades que te exprimen hasta la última gota de energía. Pero para mí, la manera de liberar todo ese cansancio es acompañando a mis hijos en sus propias rutinas y pasiones.

Esta tarde me tocó ir a la pista de atletismo con mi hijo y aunque no pude llevar a mi hija a natación, aprovechamos el momento para compartir juntas. Mientras los muchachos entrenaban, el cielo nos regaló un atardecer de esos que te obligan a detenerte, respirar profundamente y simplemente agradecer.

Nos tomamos unas fotos, nos reímos y nos dejamos admirar por los colores del cielo. Fue el final perfecto para un día agotador, pero lleno de pequeñas bendiciones y belleza.

Today was one of those long days at school, with a thousand activities that squeeze every ounce of energy out of you. But for me, the way to release all that tiredness is to join my children in their own routines and passions.

This afternoon I had to go to the track with my son, and although I couldn't take my daughter to swim, we took advantage of the time to spend together. While the boys were training, the sky gave us one of those sunsets that forces you to stop, breathe deeply, and simply be grateful.

We took some photos, laughed, and marveled at the colors of the sky. It was the perfect end to a tiring day, but one filled with small blessings and beauty.
