Hello Steemit
Today is Day 5 of my fitness journey. There isn’t much to report today. Its been pretty boring. I woke up feeling pretty refreshed. I didn’t have my headache, which was a great bonus! Though I was really sore! My arms were really bothering me. I decided early to take a bit of a rest day but I would still go for my walk at lunch and I used the stairs instead of the elevator. I felt like I achieved a little something that way instead of being a lazy bum! My weight pretty much stayed the same but I am still feeling nothing but good vibes.
I wanted to do a movie night with the wife as its been a busy last little bit so I figure I'll just take it a bit easy tonight. Well, Ill just get right to it.
Food for the Day
I pretty much ate the same as yesterday. Not much different here. I am really enjoying the roast and I did pick up some spinach that I will be eating tomorrow. But here is the rundown:
Workout for the Day
As I said today was my rest day but I still did a good stroll which I will show the details below. I will follow today up with a heavy workout tomorrow.
Sleep Last Night
I slept pretty well like I was saying. I did get a decent stretch in and felt refreshed in the morning. I, of course, would like to work towards 7 hours of sleep but hey I’ll take what I could.
