聽聽聽聽聽La calidad es algo siempre subjetivo.

Quality is always subjective. A performance may not be liked at some point or may not seem to meet the observer's expectations, but there is no doubt about it: if you are good at what you do, it doesn't matter if you go 4-0 with four strikeouts, it will always be more of an anecdote in a track record of success. All of this comes from five stories that happened yesterday that reinforce the main premise of our introduction.
First we start with the only one not starring a Venezuelan: The Cincinnati Reds have been struggling because of inconsistency in their offense. The pitching is good and that was demonstrated yesterday when they managed to hold San Francisco to two runs (confirmation of the premise), but the win was spiced by one of the most exciting and strange plays in baseball: an infield home run. Stuart Fairchild came to the rubber in the eighth inning and lofted a fly ball to left field, the ball bounced sharply off the fence and the fielders had to run several yards after the bounce. The guy ran like the wind and overshot all four bases before the throw came back to the plate. An extra run for the 4-2 win for Reds vs. Giants.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽El abridor venezolano de los Filis Ranger Su谩rez, sigui贸 demostrando su calidad superlativamente.
聽聽聽聽聽驴Cual fue el detalle de su apertura?

Venezuelan Phillies starter Ranger Suarez continued to demonstrate his superlative quality. Against the Florida Marlins, he pitched seven shutout innings, gave up three hits, conceded two passports and struck out nine to become the first pitcher to reach seven wins in the season. Only Hall of Famer Steve Carlton and himself have achieved such a record, after his first eight appearances in a season with Philadelphia. He lowered his EFE to 1.50 (second in the majors) and his WHIP fell to 0.72 with 55 strikeouts in 54 complete innings. His Cy Young candidacy is reaffirmed, simple.
What was the detail of his opening? Just as Pablo Lopez did yesterday, Ranger opted to get the opposition out with the sinker. A pitch that had been giving him trouble. Four of the strikeouts came with that pitch. Three were with the four-seam straight, one with the curve and one with the cutter. Suarez's confidence on the mound has grown a lot and the Phillies have, right now, the best balance in the majors reinforced with a tandem of top-notch starters.
驴La importancia del jonr贸n?
Nos leemos por all铆.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ronald Acu帽a Jr. has been off, however, his bat is starting to heat up and yesterday he helped the Atlanta Braves with a home run in the third inning, which was followed by two more signed by Ozzie Albies and Matt Olson. Those runs were enough to win the game over the New York Mets. The significance of the home run? He gave it on a 3-ball, 2-strike count, something that shows patience has come in his shifts. He usually attacks early pitching and that anxiety, historically, has taken its toll on him. So calmness is starting to show up in his shifts and we will see more of him in the future.
A luxury closer in Venezuelan Robert Suarez, has the San Diego Padres right now. The guy pitched a scoreless ninth inning to win the game, courtesy of his countryman Luis Arr谩ez, who hit a golden single in the bottom of the ninth to put the division's number one enemy, the Los Angeles Dodgers, on the field. Suarez's ERA dropped to 0.52 and he has 2 wins and 12 saves. Arr谩ez, meanwhile, parked his ERA at .311 and has already become an idol of the Petco Park fans, having made his debut in that park by winning the game for the team. We'll read you there.
