Día mundial de la adopción, 9 de noviembre. Ocasión para crear conciencia acerca de los derechos de los infantes sobre los de los adoptantes.
Tema álgido con los cambios estructurales sufridos por la sociedad actual y la conformación de la familia tradicional. Entrar en detalles volverá la publicación bien controversial, según la postura de cada cual. El tema es casi infinito y ahora, con la ola creciente de defensores de los derechos de otras especies al nivel de equiparlos a los humanos, entramos en un tema ético amplio, donde mi postura personal me ha llevado a proponer la defensa de los derechos de las lechugas.
Llámenme cínico, pero no es cruel comerse vivas las pobres lechugas previamente torturadas con sal y vinagre. ¿Quién dice que los vegetales no sienten?
Hablado en serio, primero mis iguales y cercanos, el prójimo que decimos los cristianos, luego a los demás con respeto y bondad.
Solo eso diré con relación a la adopción de humanos y animales.

Una cosa más, el título en latín es solo un recordatorio del origen de las leyes que nos rigen en estos temas, y el término adrogatio envuelve en su significado de adopción, la cesación de toda relación de adoptado con su origen biológico, claro, de acuerdo al derecho romano.
Entre los angloparlantes parece que se han dado casos de perros y gatos convertidos en herederos de sus amos. Dudo que se dé el caso entre los hispanoparlantes, aunque es posible que ya esté
sucediendo. Pero pasemos a la adopción que a todos nos interesa por estos lares.

Cuando introduje la palabra en el buscador Google, lo primero que me apareció fue la sugerencia de corregir la ortografía a: cripto adición y luego, entre los primeros artículos, una publicación mediante @ecency en la comunidad #HiveSucre, una de las más exitosas en incorporar comercios a recibir pagos mediante nuestra moneda o stablecoin HBD.
Sin duda, los reembolsos y recompensas otorgados por Distriator han estimulado notablemente su uso.
Ignoro el origen de los fondos que alimentan tales recompensas, pero veo que otras aplicaciones, medios de pagos y bancos usan la misma estrategia para motivar a los usuarios y consumidores a usarlas en lugar del dinero físico, claro que también hay quienes lo defienden y ofrecen sustanciales descuentos por recibir billetes físicos o efectivo.

Hoy estoy apostando por #Hive y esta segunda publicación es motivada porque en la anterior olvidé cambiar a 100 % HP la recompensa obtenida, pero no dejo de sentir desconfianza frente a todo el movimiento cripto, altas y bajas, más bajadas que subidas y la amenaza de las CBDC. Temo que con las reglamentaciones legales en proceso terminemos atrapados en una variedad de monedas diversas, pero controladas por el binomio banco-estado.

Como muchos de Ustedes, disfruto de publicar, leer y comentar aquí, y nada me gustaría más que ver crecer La Colmena y su valor.
Sin embargo, temo que terminemos trabando en la construcción de cadenas que nos sujeten a nosotros en vez de nuestra libertad.

Es posible que tenga algo de paranoia, pero por lo mismo, invito a mis pares y a mis mayores a participar en la iniciativa y si les place comentar esta, donde las críticas son bien recibidas, ya que nos ayudan a crecer.

Adoption, adoption or custody

World Adoption Day, November 9th. An opportunity to raise awareness about the rights of children over those of adoptive parents. This is a sensitive topic given the structural changes in today's society and the evolving traditional family structure. Going into detail would make this post quite controversial, depending on each person's perspective. The topic is almost endless, and now, with the growing wave of advocates for the rights of other species, equating them with humans, we enter a broad ethical debate. My personal stance has led me to propose defending the rights of lettuce.

Call me cynical, but isn't it cruel to eat the poor lettuce alive after torturing it with salt and vinegar? Who says vegetables don't feel? Seriously though, I should treat my peers and loved ones first—my neighbors, as we Christians say—and then everyone else with respect and kindness. That's all I'll say regarding the adoption of humans and animals.

One more thing, the Latin title is just a reminder of the origin of the laws that govern us in these matters, and the term adrogatio, in its meaning of adoption, encompasses the cessation of all relationship between the adopted child and its biological origin, according to Roman law.
Among English speakers, there seem to have been cases of dogs and cats becoming heirs to their owners. I doubt I know of any such cases among Spanish speakers, although it's possible it's already happening. But let's move on to adoption, which is what interests us all around here.

When I entered the word into the Google search engine, the first thing that appeared was a suggestion to correct the spelling to: crypto-addition, and then, among the first articles, a post by @ecency in the #HiveSucre community, one of the most successful in incorporating businesses into accepting payments with our currency or stablecoin, HBD.

Undoubtedly, the refunds and rewards offered by Distriator have significantly stimulated its use.

I don't know the source of the funds that fuel these rewards, but I see that other apps, payment methods, and banks use the same strategy to encourage users and consumers to use them instead of physical money. Of course, there are also those who defend it and offer substantial discounts for receiving physical bills or cash.

Today I'm betting on #Hive, and this second post is motivated by the fact that in the previous one I forgot to convert the reward I received to 100% HP. But I can't shake my distrust of the entire crypto movement—the ups and downs, more downs than ups—and the threat of CBDCs. I fear that with the legal regulations in process, we'll end up trapped with a variety of diverse currencies, all controlled by the bank-state system.

Like many of you, I enjoy posting, reading, and commenting here, and nothing would please me more than to see The Hive grow and increase in value.

However, I fear that we'll end up building chains that bind us instead of our freedom.
