I decided to try something new so yesterday I went on a trial workout of crossfit.
Near my work is fitness studio. Thev have a lot of types of workout. But my eye caught cross fit.
One of the plus side is worktime. They have trainings from 6 am. What is awesome because I work from 7. Right in time for work.
This type of exercises does not require many requisites.
All you need is ti be ready to hard workout.
Is short but very intense type of training. Is not reserved only for man, but for woman also.
It's a workout for whole body. It has cardio and strenght exercises.

First day of crossfit
The alarm sounded really early at half past five. Why?
Well, I have to do for work lunch and that is my first training today. At the same time in my head is pinning the question Do I need this! I need sleep.
I put the chicken and vegetables to cook. I quickly prepare my fitness clothes and run to bus station. I'm coming from 10 to 6, and I see there are 3 more people, they got to be freaks like me. Ready for to completely destroy, at the beginning of the day.
The coach is young, but ylu can see the smile talking to us " Now you're done."
Introductory jockeying was not too overwhelming. But then all started.
I didn't remeber all order of all exercise, but it went something like this
On time:
Run at 1200 m
9 burpees
9 precursors with a thrust of 43 kg
800 m running
15 burpees
15 precursors with a thrust of 43 kg
400 m running
21 burpees
21 prefixes with a thrust of 43 kg
And I survived. Now I can wait muscle inflammation. I admit its was very hard, I tought it would not be so hard becuse I workout almost every day. But it was, extremely.
