The essence of volunteering is the willingness to do whatever task is given to you. Volunteering is not done with grumbling or murmuring, you do it with joy. You are constantly happy because you have found something that interests you, this thought motivates you as you work and do things around the place.
If you do not like the terms and conditions of the work, you can step back since you are only volunteering. When the call for volunteers is made, you were given a choice. You can either accept or reject the offer. It is not compulsory to volunteer, you always have a choice.
