I have not heard anything about ear brush, the usual ear tool I know of is the ear pick just like the one in the image I used above.
Although there are other instruments used in keeping the ear in a good shape, I know of the ear flush. My sister use to help me out with the ear flush when I was younger, it helps remove wax from the ear.
Most of these tools are really helpful to keep a healthy ear but most people are not aware, they just assume it is an excess burden on them until they have a hearing problem. It is good we take advantage of little information like this, it can help us live healthy every now and then.
