As I write this prompt, I saw lightening trying to make wave in the sky multiple times.
It is beautiful but it is not giving the spark it used to.
I feel like lightning these days is not as it use to.
I guess maybe it's because I have grown.
When I was a kid, lightening was always scary.
It gave spark in various directions all set once.
We heard different stories about lightening that kept us in line.
I knew they were not true stories but who wants to be the victim.
We ran mostly when the sky was lighted, this was apart from thunder striking.
It made the prediction easy about how heavy the rain would fall.
Lightening that fierce will attract more rain, heavy rain.
I guess we things differently now as adults.
Probably I will ask some kids what they think about lightening, let's see what they say.
