
The human body is always in a constant state of movement or working, and if we don’t force it to rest, then it will eventually force us to break down. I woke up today feeling very sleepy, but I had to force myself to be awake, and I even had to bribe myself by telling myself that I would sleep more tomorrow. It was only then that my body agreed with me.
I know deep down that I am currently depriving myself alot of things, because what my body needs and what I can afford at the moment are two completely different things. But I keep motivating myself that I am currently enduring now, so I will enjoy it later.
