Inner peace is what every man out there wants, but you can correct me if I am wrong. I am writing this with a deep hurt in my heart, and that’s because I am getting tired of how my relationship life sucks, but I don’t want to give up because deep down I feel I am getting close to my right partner.

I was recently introduced to someone, and we connected online. We talked for a few days, trying to know each other better, and I was very open because I felt the other person was ready. I had asked questions such as what her likes are and dislikes, and I had even asked her if she was ready to give it a short and her response was yes.

We decided to see each other physically, to know if there was any physical attraction. So we met, and I had to make sure that for everything I do, I tell her the reason behind it, and I would often ask if she was comfortable or not. I was literally trying to make her feel at home, and the truth be told, I had totally believed her lies that she was okay.

Eventually, when she left, I tried to call her and check up on her, but I was receiving some cold treatments. I had to reach out to the person who linked us up to confirm if she was okay and if I had done something wrong. Little did I know that she was a manufacturer of lies, as she had totally painted my bad to the person who had introduced us, and I had to pinch myself to confirm if this was reality and was that the same person I had just met.

I reached out to her via message and informed her that I had received her feedback, then I deleted her number. But all this got me wondering why there are more ladies out there who are manufacturers of lies than those who speak the truth. They simply want a ready-made guy and don’t want to contribute, and if you ask some of them, they would claim they had once contributed, but it was not productive (blaming their past experiences).

Well, I have left my fate to faith and will continue building myself. I know I will one day meet the woman who is right and good for me.
