There was a man named William. He grew up in a community where hard work means everything. Everyone was literally doing one form of exercise with legs, chest, or hands. William was always nonchalant and very lazy. He would always lie in bed doing nothing, and despite all advice to let him know the importance of exercise, they would often fall on deaf ears.

Eventually, everyone, including Williams, becomes old and cannot do tedious work like they used to. However, they had all prepared a retirement plan, and even their bodies were in better shape when compared to Williams, who did nothing.

Williams was incapable of doing anything because he was already old and was already having some old age illnesses like back and knee issues, eyesight problems, and so. Williams regretted not doing anything in the days of his youth and wished that only he could turn back the hands of time, but as the saying goes, as you lay you bed, you lie on it.

Williams tried to work to the best of his old age strength, but he was barely able to feed himself, and as such, he passed on due to the accumulated issues. Moral lesson: do what you can while you still can, as nobody knows tomorrow (do not procrastinate and utilize your youth days).
