Este post se presta para hacer un mega resumen de los que sería la historia de la Fundación para la Investigación y Desarrollo de la Acuicultura del Estado Sucre la cuál inicio en Mochima trabajando en un lugar prestado, construyendose estaciones en Guacarapo municipio Ribero y Fragata en el municipio Bolivar, de donde he hecho la mayoria de los post referentes a esta institución de la gobernación del estado Sucre. En sus inicios FIDAES trabajó con la paguara, adoptando a este pez para su primer y actual logo de la institución, estos paquetes para el mantenimiento de este cultivo se perdió y en la actualidad trabajamos con el cultivo de mejillón, ya que es un cultivo que optiene los nutrientes necesarios del medio donde se encuentra.

Una de las directoras ya tiene experiencia trabajando en una granja camaronera, una nueva integrante a la familia de FIDAES la cual está por terminar su post grado tambien tiene experiencia trabajando con camarón, para esas empresas para las cuales trabajaron si se invirtió una gran cantidad de dinero ya que es un cultivo muy atractivo para los consumidores, aun no nos visualizaremos como una gran granja, pero seria bueno utilizar parte del material con que se trabajó para la paguara y así con poca inversión iniciar experimentalmente pequeño cultivo de camarón marino.

Nos hemos expandido a distintos espacios del estado Sucre en el cultivo de mejillón y esperamos seguir esparciendonos con ese rubro, por lo pronto estamos en la estación de Guacarapo y Fragata, también en la comunidad de Camacuey cercana al peaje del peñon y en la comunidad de Peñas blancas que es cercana a la estacion de Fragata, tenemos por allí otros cultivos de distintas especies marinas y hecho para ello monton de proyectos, a eso se debe que no sea tan constante como me gustaria en HIVE, uno de esos proyectos y el que pensamos iniciar esperemos muy pronto ya que nos lo piden los consumidores de nuestros mejillones es este del cual les hablo, el de camarón.

Era muy necesaria esta visita al lugar de Aquamarina de la costa que es un laboratorio marino y trabajan fuertemente en la producción de post larvas para los cultivos de camarones, las granjas camaroneras era las que compran sus productos ya que su objetivo no es ser granja camaronera y presentar el producto finalizado para el consumo, ellos trabajaban mucho con una granja del estado Sucre la que ya no está operativa, actualmente siguen trabajando con granjas en margarita y otros estados, se han mantenido y esperemos en un futuro no tan lejano ser de los principales compradores de sus post larvas.
It was very necessary to visit Aquamarina de la Costa, which is a marine laboratory and works strongly in the production of post larvae for shrimp farming, the shrimp farms are the ones that buy their products since their objective is not to be a shrimp farm and present the finished product for consumption, they worked a lot with a farm in Sucre state which is no longer operational, currently they continue working with farms in Margarita and other states, they have been maintained and hopefully in the not so distant future they will be the main buyers of their post larvae.
Los camarones adultos que pueden ver en las fotos son los reproductores con los que allí se trabajan, pudimos conocer esa estación y de verdad quedamos impresionado en lo organizado que se ve, al no tener tantos compradores ya no cuenta con un personal tan numeroso como en sus inicios, pero sigue con gente comprometida a la producción de post larvas de camarones, esperemos su situación tambien mejore y seguro lo hará, ya que el camaron es un producto bastante apreciado en nuestro estado Sucre.
The adult shrimp that you can see in the photos are the reproducers with which they work there, we were able to visit this station and we were really impressed by how organized it looks, not having so many buyers, it no longer has a staff as numerous as in its beginnings, but it still has people committed to the production of shrimp post larvae, hopefully their situation will also improve and surely it will, since the shrimp is a highly appreciated product in our state of Sucre.
He hecho post anteriormente sobre mi trabajo en FIDAES que si la cosecha y venta de mejillones, la participación del semillero científico para las escuelas y ahora para estudiantes finalizando su bachillerato donde tambien serviremos como tutores en sus proyectos con cultivo de mejillones, también la presentaciones a comunidades y dos de ellas ya estan cultivando mejillones en acuerdo con nuestra institución, otra cosa que considero súper importantes es el webinar para dar a conocer nuestra institución a nivel nacional y hasta internacional con la Asociación Venezolana de Acuicultores y todas las presentaciones en cuanto a PowerPoint me han tocado hacerlas y en su mayoria hasta presentarlas, para el caso del Webinar si estuvo el presidente y la directora quienes expusieron y nuestra directora tambien para una de las comunidad fué quien presentó lo que hice en PowerPoint justamente de camarones. De irle bien a este post de seguro traeré más contenido de estos temas, porque creanme que vienen cosas buenas y con suerte hasta se involucren con HIVE y hasta acepte HBD como pago a nuestros productos.
I have previously made posts about my work in FIDAES that if the harvest and sale of mussels, the participation of the scientific seedbed for schools and now for students finishing their high school where we also serve as tutors in their projects with mussel farming, also the presentations to communities and two of them are already cultivating mussels in agreement with our institution, Another thing that I consider very important is the webinar to publicize our institution nationally and even internationally with the Venezuelan Association of Aquaculturists and all presentations in terms of PowerPoint I have had to make them and mostly to present them, for the case of the Webinar if the president and the director who presented and our director also for one of the community was who presented what I did in PowerPoint just shrimp. If this post goes well I will surely bring more content on these topics, because believe me good things are coming and hopefully even get involved with HIVE and even accept HBD as payment for our products.
