We slept long and went for a run before breakfast. It was Saturday after all.
The short trail run in the local forest was special for two reasons. Puma came with me and I took my new running poles for a spin for the first time. It was great.
Puma didn't know exactly what I want from her when I sat her in front of the poles.
Tre trails are just lovely this time of the year.
The time was not important. We simply had lots of fun. I wanted on Puma where she was walking behind and sniffing around.
