Exercises early in the morning, breathing, planks, cold shower. You know the drill. Wim Hof 😀 Doing home chores, midday doggy walk, running in the evening. A very sad thing happened which deserves a post

Last day in the office. Solved last problem, prepared last solution design, submitted last promotion recommendations, handed off equipment, walked out of the building and draw a deep deep breath of freedom.

Morning run and swim in Kraljevica, coffee, breakfast, packing and move to Grobnik. Doggy walk, sightseeing, quite some walking. Trip home, unpacking, evening doggy walk. It was a beautiful Sunday. This

Morning — coffee and a slow start The neighbour and the coffee, again. The kind of Sunday ritual that feels like it's been happening forever, even if it started just yesterday. No rush, no plan — just

Morning — a slow beginning Slept past 8:30, woke up late and at no particular rush. The kind of Saturday where the alarm clock is a suggestion, not a rule. The doggy walk happened, as it always does —

First half — head in the pillow The day didn't start at the desk. It started in bed, with a headache that made the idea of movement feel distant. The kind of morning where the only ambition is horizontal,

Office day — a lot of it A lot of office work filled most of the day. The kind that keeps you seated and the step counter unusually quiet. The doggy walk at midday was the only meaningful break in a long

Morning — doggy walk, then the office The day started with the doggy walk — the reliable morning ritual that nobody misses. After that, a full day at the office. The usual desk, the usual screen, the usual

Slow morning — Monday after a full weekend Monday mornings after an active weekend tend to be slow. The body said sit, the chair listened. Not much movement in the first half of the day. Afternoon — DriveZone

Today began in the best possible way: with sleep. Waking up at 8:30 felt like a small luxury, and quite possibly the longest sleep in the last two weeks. That alone already set a calmer and stronger tone

Today was a rainy day from start to finish, with office work keeping most of it anchored at home. Even so, it turned into another pleasant day, the kind that proves a grey sky does not automatically make

Work from home — again Another day working from home. The desk, the screen, the same familiar loop between chair and kitchen. Comfortable, but not exactly a day built for movement. Morning — two doggy

Office day — same place, different day Another day in the office. The desk, the screen, the chair — familiar territory. Movement during the day was minimal, the way it tends to be when the body stays put
