Description from Strava:
As I will be a pace runner at parkrun on Saturday I wanted to do some runs at that pace to get the feel of it. I am doing 32 minutes, which is slower than I would usually run, but then it needs to be something I can do comfortably. I have an app on my Garmin watch that helps with keeping to the right pace.

It was quite nice out this morning. It was predicted to rain last night, but there was no sign of any.

I did my usual loop around Fairfield. As that involves a hill my pace did vary a bit, but was fairly close on average. It can be tricky to adjust to get it just right, but that is why I am practicing.

It was actually a little quicker than my easy run on Sunday and so still a good workout.

As it is Hive Power Up Day I gave my account a boost.

Happy HPUD and run free.
