Why after after? Because today's run was, like the one yesterday, run on a flat course as a transition between two hilly weekends.
Why so many salamanders? because the rain is here and salamanders are all over the forest. You need to be really careful not to step on them.

And this one came across my shoe while on the night walk in the forest.

One more day to the end of the month. Good ten kilometers to reach the 9 km daily average. Will do it!
