A full morning on the move. The first dog walk was a quick neighbourhood loop — the usual wake-up routine for all of us. The second one turned into a proper outing: a stroll with the dogs to the local coffee bar. Good coffee, fresh air, happy dogs.
The evening run
After a long day at the desk, I laced up and headed out. The route: the familiar Črnušnica–Brod loop. 9.07 km in 53 minutes, keeping the running pace comfortably under 6:00 min/km with ~1-minute walk breaks every 15 minutes. 556 kcal burned. Full report here.
Night walk
The third dog walk came at night — a calm wind-down to close the day.
Day 10 of the month. The bar is at 10,000 steps (10 × 1,000). With almost 13,000 steps on the counter, it was cleared with plenty to spare. Ten for ten. 🎯
