Friends, I've failed you again...😭
See, the Maltesers chocolate just jamp into my mouth, of course I resisted but they ganged up on me a forced their way into me... Okay, maybe not.😜
But I felt like Gollum and his "precious" I felt its power of addiction corrupting me!😃

Damn... Ah well, training got sidetracked today. Just the usual 5 ish mile walk. But Gym work was put off, my parents visited me today so I decided to spend the day with them and have a family meal and chat. Tomorrow I will do weights, but today was family time.☺
Also got a ton of work to do. I've finally found and ENT specilist and will hopefully see him about fixing my ear so now I will start focusing on my work and hopefully get fixed.
Apart from that there's nothing much to report beyond the usual studying and life.
