🧁My Little Cupcake

I've got at least one budding baker in the bloodline. @lunamoon wanted to make these for Independence Day this year. I watched her mix the frosting colors and dye the white cake. I also watched her layer the cupcakes and add coconut in the middle of some of them. She knows I love coconut.

I think they turned out pretty fab and tasted far better than I thought a white batter cupcake would. Though, I did convince her to go with cream cheese frosting to lighten the sweetness overload of another say buttercream or something. What do you think? Do you REMEMBER TO BE YOU! I always am, even as the Swedish Chef.
