After a quite successful meet between Trump and the North Korean leader, I had expected that to an extent there would less media wars and more focus on the issues concerning the path to denuclearising the Korean pennisula cum World peace in the long run. Suffice to say, I was wrong. We've seen several cases of Trump bashing since the meet and everyone is suddenly an expert on Korean affairs.

I had jokingly made a statemeet in a previous article that some people would rather see the US burn than Trump succeeding. It appears that statement was an inspired one as we daily see what appears to be trace amounts of truth in it. Joe Scarborough who referred to Trump as 'sick 'for 'ignoring' North Korea's human rights records forgets that peace is in stages and denuclearization is the main step towards opening North Korea up to the for further improvements. It also exposed double standards of the mainstream who didn't see a problem with the US giving North Korea aid despite the human rights records in the last administration.

The mindset shift to the current 'victory at all cost' politicking is one that supporters need to condemn, or thread with caution to prevent any implosion. The goal was originally about proving which side was best suited to help the people - how much we've derailed from that target.
