Pero volviendo al tema, como les comentaba, estas fueron algunas de mis compritas de hoy: la ampolla de aceite de argán y la crema Skala, el aceite de coco, la karsell y la otra crema como tal ya las tenía, entonces uni todo lo que tenía para realizar mi pre-shampoo. But back to the subject, as I mentioned, these were some of my purchases today: the argan oil ampoule and the Skala cream, the coconut oil, the karsell and the other cream as such I already had, so I combined everything I had to make my pre-shampoo. Es importante que la crema quede bastante compacta para el pre-shampoo que todos los aceites se puedan mezclar correctamente y humedecemos el cabello de medios a puntas, nunca de la raíz, porque como es un producto que estará por mínimo media hora en tu cabello, te puede ocasionar caspa.
It is important that the cream is compact enough for the pre-shampoo so that all the oils can be mixed correctly and we wet the hair from the middle to the ends, never from the roots, because as it is a product that will be in your hair for at least half an hour, it can cause dandruff.
Una vez que tenemos bien humedecido el cabello procedemos aplicar nuestra crema de medios a puntas y colocamos un gorrito de baño para que nos pueda recoger el cabello y si no tenemos también nos sirve una bolsa plástica que tengamos en casa, una vez terminado el proceso podemos lavar nuestro cabello como costumbre.
Once we have well moistened the hair we proceed to apply our cream from means to ends and we place a bathing cap so that we can collect the hair and if we do not have also serves us a plastic bag that we have at home, once finished the process we can wash our hair as usual.
Y así de bello nos queda, hoy quise compartirles porque es muy importante hacernos el pre-shampoo, nos evitamos de quiebre en el cabello y de la deshidratación, por lo menos mi cabello no es ni liso ni ondulado, él aún define su personalidad, pero desde que inicié con mi pre-shampoo me ha ido de maravilla.
