馃ガ 2 cups chopped bok choy
馃崉 8oz sliced mushrooms
馃 1 cup shredded carrots
馃 1 tablespoon garlic paste
馃珰 1 tablespoon ginger paste
馃 1 tablespoon oil
馃尶 1 teaspoon sesame oil
馃 1 1/2 tablespoons 'Better Than Bouillon' (or 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder)
馃ィ 2 32oz cartons of chicken broth
Toppings:
馃ア Chili garlic sauce
馃尶 Scallions


Instructions

1- Prepare the Base:
