I visited the Isle of Skye, Scotland recently and stumbled across a quirky, little cafe in Struan called Bog Myrtle Cafe. On entering the cafe you realise you have just taken a step back in time with old china cups and saucers, vintage furniture and lots of books!
I ordered beans on toast and it was the best beans on toast I've ever eaten. In fact it looked too good to eat. Just what I needed on a damp, murky morning.
