Strange Fly

I found this strange fly in my uncle's house yard. And this is the first time I see it around. It has a little bit of a shiny brown colored body. And the head is a little bit disproportionate compared to its body. The head is a little bit too small, just seems to not match the size of its body.

I tried to search for the name of this fly, but they gave the genus only which is from nemopoda and from the Sepsidae family

Unfortunately, I don't have many photos of this fly, it rested in between two leaves making it harder for me to take photos of this fly.

This is the last photo that I manage to take before he flew away.
