Dear stemians friends, today I bring you a super refreshing, healthy drink with desinflammatory and prebiotic properties. Best known in my country with the name of "Guarapo de piña" this drink can be made fermented or as a kind of tea.
To make it fermented you must place the skin of the pineapple with sugar and boiled water in an airtight container in a warm place for 24 hours.
notes: You can also take it hot as a tea, you'll get the same benefits
