Bueno muchachos he vuelto anduve perdido estás últimas semanas debido a lo full que hemos estado en el trabajo y llegaba tarde y no daba tiempo de entrenar, así que el entrenamiento que tuve hoy fue de plancha ya que últimamente la he estado entrenando y bueno así vemos que tal está mi nivel.
Well, guys, I'm back. I've been missing in action these last few weeks because we've been so busy at work, and I was arriving late and didn't have time to train. So, today's training consisted of planks, since I've been working on those lately, and well, we'll see how my level is.
Todo esfuerzo tiene su recompensa y el día de hoy se pudo ver ya que pude mantener la plancha Straddel por 3 segundos y no es nada más eso ya que fue en piso que lo intente no en mini push-ups ya que son más fáciles y bueno el ejercicio consistió fue en eso aguantes de Straddel, haciendo 4 intentos en total y otro ejercicio que se está por lograr son los press de tuck de plancha ya que pude hacer un press y bajarlo a tuck otra vez así que bueno si ha habido programas.
Every effort has its reward, and today we saw that I was able to hold the straddle plank for 3 seconds, and that's not all, because I tried it on the floor, not on mini push-ups , which are easier. The exercise consisted of Straddel holds, doing 4 attempts in total, and another exercise that I'm about to achieve is the plank tuck press, since I was able to do a press and lower it to a tuck again, so yes, there have been programs.
