Ingredients:

Ciabatta 1 pc
Salad leaves
Chicken breast 1 pc
Tomato 1 pc
Cucumbers 1 piece
Cheese Edam
For sauce:
Egg 2 pieces
Slice of lemon
Mustard 1 teaspoon
Olive oil
Soy sauce 2 tsp.
Natural yogurt 0,5 glasses
mint fresh 1 tbsp. a spoon
cucumber 1 pc.
white pepper

Ciabattu cut along. Inside put on the grill (or grill pan). Fry for a few minutes.

Breast pre-cooked or crumbled in breading (crackers + turmeric + paprika). Fry in a frying pan with a little oil, until ready, you can bring it to the oven on the grate.

Prepare the sauce.

Sauce number 1: whisk egg yolk with a thin trickle pouring oil until you get a thick emulsion, add lemon juice, mustard and soy sauce, beat again.

Sauce number 2: yogurt mixed with finely chopped cucumber, crushed mint, garlic from the press and white pepper.

Cut the tomatoes into slices, cut the cucumbers along the plates, cut the breast into slices.

We collect the paninis: the bottom slice of ciabatta (it is better to do it immediately as removed from the grill) is sprinkled with Edam (or other semi hard cheese), we spread the leaves of the lettuce, we stir the plates of cucumbers, then the chicken breast, pour the sauce and spread the tomato, cover with the top part ciabatta. Panini turns huge, I usually cut it into 3 parts, wrap it in a breakfast bag and take it with me.
