Yummy photos @jayna. How nice to have a getaway with the girls and see those Fall colors. And the pub sounds fantastic. Great food and wine and a talented singer. Nice find. Safe travels!

“I’m lookin’ for the man who shot my paw!”

I know! Been meaning to look up how to do it for the longest time. You do indeed start with a 1/4” plank of raw, uncooked, unadulterated, nothing done to it but the slicing, yam or sweet potato and pop

I will definitely try this recipe. Perhaps tonight! Thanks for sharing.

What a lovely feast. I hadn’t read about your mission before. Just did. The big picture (the GOE mission) and the small picture (this meal), two ends of the telescope. Nicely done.

You forgot to mention how good it was! Very very tasty. You can pat yourself on the back for that one my dear.

Lovely photos deary. This line had resonance for me, “More and more I am racing the setting sun!” Love the Fall though I do, with all its brilliant color and harvest plenty, around the edges there is always

That was a lovely read my dear. It was great to have you with us, but I’m glad you have your freedom again. It suits you. We are always here for you. Sounds like a lot of people are. Blessings abound in

What lovely pictures. You really capture the essence of the place. A lake side town easing into Fall. Yum!

Thank you love for the compliment on my applesauce. I am absurdly proud of it because it is the only thing so far I have learned to can well and consistently. And thank you for helping out with the chopping

Nice pics of the lake! I just got out for a long one this morning garnering about 4500 steps. But my son who had gone out before me and came back after me got twice that this morning! What is it about

Good gardening with you today Preparedwombat. Can’t wait to try those peppers!

Kind of haunting!

Sign me up!

This Looks So Good. Definitely going to try it. I think the coriander addition sounds brilliant and the choice of shrimp. We have one picky eater in my house, not @preparedwombat, he won’t go near a brussels

I agree it’s hard to watch, both hard to watch my step-son get hit, and hard to watch my husband flinch at each blow his baby takes. But I also agree that @troubledsoles seemed to fight differently last

Money money money. There are a lot of songs about money. Silver and gold are oft the topic of songs as well. Are there any songs about Steem yet?

I love your stories of the good old bad old days, before I came along and somehow convinced you that suburban living had its merits.

Like the key stone in an arch, without you the whole thing would tumble. Pooh Bear you may be, but key stone as well. Thanks for all your garden work today my love. I had fun. Hope you had a little too.

Egads man! Never let it be said that the Norwegian descended American male is a light hearted creature.
