INGREDIENTS
three oz Bombay Sapphire gin
half oz Mari Mayans absinthe
half oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
dry vermouth
one orange peel
PROCEDURE
Properly chill one cocktail glass. In blending glass with ice, fill gin and absinthe, and mix. In your cocktail glass, roll half oz of dry vermouth and throw away the excess. Frain other ingredients into cocktail glass and float half oz of grand marnier over top. Decorate with orange peel.
