INGREDIENTS
one and quarter oz dark rum
two oz coconut cream
two oz orange juice
two oz pineapple juice
one oz grenadine syrup
quarter to half oz bananas
two to three ice cubes
PROCEDURE
Mix all except ice for ten to fifteen seconds. Put the ice cubes and stir for another ten seconds to break up the ice cubes slightly. Serve in a Poco Grande or Hurricane glass decorated with a slice of orange and a Marichino cherry.
