INGREDIENTS
one oz coconut rum
half oz amaretto almond liqueur
four oz orange juice
half oz grenadine syrup
PROCEDURE
Shake rum, amaretto, and orange juice in a shaker filled with ice. Drain into a highball glass over ice. Put grenadine and decorate with a pineapple wedge and a strawberry.
